Michaela is a Florida transplant who relocated to Georgia with her husband after graduating from law school in 2019. From a young age, she knew she wanted to become a lawyer and use her voice to make a meaningful difference in the world. As a first-generation attorney, she understood the challenges ahead—but inspired by her mother, who put herself through school, Michaela was confident in her ability to rise to the occasion.

During law school, Michaela interned with the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office, which sparked her passion for criminal law. She went on to serve as a prosecutor for over five years in Cherokee, Cobb, and Paulding counties. While she valued her time in prosecution, she recognized the vital need for dedicated, compassionate defense attorneys—advocates who not only fight for their clients but also guide them calmly and patiently through the complexities of the criminal justice system.

Michaela has a particular passion for DUI defense and takes pride in helping clients navigate the legal process while supporting those working toward sobriety and a fresh start.
